What's the difference between the All Purpose Insoles (AP) and the Extreme Sports Insoles (ES)? The AP insoles are one layer of a thicker polyurethane on both sides and the ES insoles are two layers of a slightly thinner polyurethane on both sides providing an extra layer of protection, making them extremely strong to prevent the glycerin from escaping under high impact. The ES insoles also hold their shape better long term when used for extreme activities and high impact work environments. Both AP insoles and ES insoles have the same amount of glycerin.
