
Foot Relief Liquid Filled Shoe Insoles come with a 2 year standard warranty against defects unless you registered for a 3 year extended warranty at an event or online. The standard warranty starts from the date written on the warranty card which is inside the original insole package you received at the time of purchase. All warranty replacement requests must be accompanied by the warranty card (original package) with an unaltered date and extended warranty code written clearly on the package to receive a replacement. Any indication that the date has been altered on the package will be grounds for denial of warranty service. If you do not have the warranty card you may use a copy of your receipt or a copy of the line item showing Foot Relief Insoles LLC on your credit card or bank statement.

When requesting a warranty for defective insoles please send the following to the address above. Insoles have a 2 year warranty unless you registered for the 3 year warranty at a show or event.
1. The original warranty card or a copy (found inside the original package. We will return this to you with your new pair of insoles.) or a copy of Proof of Purchase (receipt).
3. Both left and right insoles enclosed in a zip-lock bag or the original zip-lock package. Make sure the zip-lock is closed tight to avoid leaks in the mail. Please wash the insoles and air dry prior to shipping. Due to hygienic reasons dirty insoles will not be replaced.
4. Select the payment option below to pay online and we will ship your insoles immediately. You can also send a Check or Money Order with your insoles made out to Foot Relief Insoles LLC. Allow 10-14 days for delivery.
IMPORTANT: When paying for your warranty replacement online you are still required to mail the defective insoles for inspection. Failure to send the insoles by mail will result in denial of warranty service for future replacement requests.
