Foot Relief Liquid-Filled Shoe Insoles include a 2- year standard warranty against defects. Customers who registered at an event or online may qualify for a 3- year extended warranty.
The standard warranty begins on the date written on the warranty card, which is located inside the original insole package received at the time of purchase.
Proof of Warranty / Purchase
To request a warranty replacement, one of the following is required:
The original warranty card (inside the original package), with a clearly written and unaltered date and extended warranty code (if applicable), or
A copy of your proof of purchase (receipt), or
A copy of the credit card or bank statement line item showing Foot Relief Insoles LLC
⚠️ Any indication that dates or information have been altered will result in denial of warranty service.
Mailing Requirements for Warranty Replacement
When requesting a warranty replacement, you must mail the defective insoles to the address below:

Please include:
Proof of warranty or proof of purchase (as listed above).
Both left and right insoles, placed in a sealed zip-lock bag or original zip-lock packaging.
Insoles must be washed and air-dried before shipping. For hygiene reasons, dirty insoles will not be replaced.
